"Like others reviewers, I had hard time communicating with this agency. My agent is no longer with them and I tried multiple times to get someone to talk to about adding future services. Nobody was available to talk to me. The receptionist got my info and assured someone will contact me. This happened twice. Unfortunately, I never got contacted. I had no other choice than switch to another agent!"

"It is very difficult to communicate with this company. Horrible customer services. I have exhausted all the resources to be able to fix my policy, I asked for a change of agent and they have not done it for 2 weeks either. When I fixed the policy for the first time in the renewal they sent some forms and 2 weeks later they continued sending forms. It's a real nightmare"

"Very challenging to communicate with this company. It took them over a week to respond to my email when I wanted to add a new vehicle to my insurance. Even after it was added, they couldn't send all the necessary forms for me to sign, so I had to constantly follow up and chase them down to get the paperwork. I also had an issue when I needed a tow for one of my vehicles. To my surprise, the vehicle's insurance wasn’t ready, and I had to pay out of pocket to get it towed to the shop. I used the tow company referred by one of the agents, but I only got 60% of the money I paid upfront back from State Farm. Shane, said I needed to follow up with them, as they are "only the agents." Now, I’m trying to get in touch with them because I’ve decided not to renew my insurance, and since last week, I’ve had radio silence. They’ll call you when they want your business, but when it comes to giving you the assistance you actually need, they're nowhere to be found. Very disappointed."

"I contacted Shane to get a quote for homeowners insurance since prices are going through the roof here in FL. Shane was super patient and understanding, went over all the policy details with me, and we were able to get to a better coverage and cheaper premium (!!!) than my current one!! I am absolutely satisfied with the quotes and specially with Shane's customer service!"
